At Ozbongs our aim is to get your parcel to you promptly and safely. We are making some changes to our shipping methods to ensure the process is speedy and hassle free for our customers.
Please note all our parcels are sent in discreet packaging with no mention of Ozbongs or the contents.
The price of shipping is determined by the size of your parcel and can vary quite a bit. Shipping costs start $6.95 for small parcels and work up to $32.99 for very large parcels. Your shipping price will be calculated at checkout. We do not charge for postage and handling of the goods being sent.
We are currently trialling Australia post E-parcel for majority of the orders we will be shipping out, this is a new method and we appreciate your feedback on this.
Fastway – We will still be using Fastway for any customers who request it and parcels containing lighters as these cannot be shipped via Australia post.
Startrack Air – We will continue to use Startrack for any customers who request it.
Startrack Road – Parcels containing lighters will be shipped via Startrack road that cannot go via Fastway.
Shipping times can vary greatly depending on your location and the size of your parcel, we tell our customers to allow 2-5 business days for a standard size parcel and up to 10 business days for very large parcels and remote areas.
Tracking numbers are automatically emailed through to your email address within 24 hours, If you haven’t received an email address and have checked your junk mail don’t hesitate to email us requesting one.
Signature required and Authority to leave
All of our parcels are sent SIGNATURE REQUIRED this is to avoid anything going missing you can of course leave a note in the customer notes requesting for it to be left without a signature but please note you do this at your own risk and Ozbongs and the postal service is not liable if this is to go missing. Australia post will leave a calling card for collection from the post office if you aren’t home.
PO boxes, Parcel lockers and Parcel collect
We ship to Po boxes; parcel lockers and parcel collect agents. We do not ship care of post office.
Collection of your parcel in Coffs Harbour can be arranged by calling or emailing us.
If you fail to collect your parcel and it is returned to us a second postage fee is required, we will email you when this arrives back.
