Order was accepted and shipped within 3 hours, post was a bit slow due to environmental factors but arrived safely in a lot of bubble wrap (definitely turning that into a lumbar cushion). 3rd purchase in about 7 years, their products are always sturdy with normal use. Only reason I needed to order a new piece was due to my old bong's multiple percs eventually becoming unable to clean. The only large glass piece from Ozbongs I've had break was due to a mate who thought conepieces screw in (like that oil pourer bullshit) and broke off the stem joint.
