Called on a whim after searching the web hopelessly for a specific product that had been out of stock everywhere for ages. They weren’t sure they had one but searched their warehouse anyway for me and they did! Then organised for local collection. Great service!

Ordered my 33cm Pyrex thick ass glass vase with a brass down stem to be accounted for in the packaging process as well. What I received was perfection, my only regret is that I was not afforded the opportunity to observe this master at work- the box containing my vase was protected by a sheet of bubble wrap twice my height (a quarter inch shy of six foot, hence my anonymity) which had been carefully hang rolled into gleaming, squishy obelisk held together packing tape that gave my industrial grade box cutter a run for it’s $60 price tag, inside the box I found additional bubble wrap strategically placed, with 13 years of being the best experience has yet again spoken loudest. Like the Allied forces in the Second World War who would reinforce sections of returning planes that didn’t get shot as opposed to those which did as the ones that did weren’t necessary to keep the planes in tact- oz bongs has had enough time to divise a similar packaging system I swear to god I’m not paid.
