OzBongs offer fantastic customer service, I had a few questions I wanted to ask before placing my order, and was promptly given a reply not long after I sent my message. They packed my order extremely well, I bought a hand pipe and it was wrapped thoroughly in two layers of thick bubble wrap, in between was a cardboard buffer to add an extra layer of security. My parcel arrived quickly, less than a week later. I was also stoked to see a couple extra freebies chucked in. Thanks guys ✌️

I broke my Agung Bent Bonza Bong Extra Large that I bought back in 2007, so I ordered a new one. When it arrived (very well packed) the first thing I noticed was that it was smaller all round than my original, which was disappointing. Other than that, it is a well designed bong that should last me a long time.
