Some Australian sites sell US RooR but don't properly explain that.

RooR is a German brand that makes Bongs in Frankenthaal Germany. RooR US (Formerly RooR Tech) is an American brand that licenses the RooR logo and makes bongs in California. 

German RooR have "Made in Germany" printed on the bottom of the bong.
