It has a carb hole/cleaning plug and comes with an 18mm one piece stem/cone combo featuring a small 'Aussie-Style' restriction.

What exact replacement stem would I need for this bong and can I buy an additional cone peice to put in as an attachment?

This one comes with a one one piece stem and cone so you'd need to buy an agung ice slider replacement stem and cone then any sg14 45 degree ash catcher will fit it :)
