I recently came to this website after having terrible service with eBay and another website I will not mention and I was very impressed. I ordered a small product and it got shipped the day I purchased it and arrived 2 days later. That was a spectacular shipping time as I was ordering things from Sydney and they took take weeks upon weeks. Today I made another order but I made a mistake in the shipping/billing address so I contacted customer support and within 30 minutes I got a reply saying they fixed everything. If I were you, I would ditch your usual supplier and come to ozbongs for the best service.
