Has a few joint marks hence affordability (shown in photo)

Yep stem and cone are both removable and replaceable it doesn't come with a carb plug though unfortunately :(

Is the downst em and piece able to be changed to 14mm ?

You can buy a replacement 18-14 reducer stem and that'll allow you to use 14mm cones :)

- eddieNov 30, 2019, 13:18Bought this just for the price. It is made with a very thin glass, that may shatter on sudden temperature changes. I'm using it as a vapor bong and the bubbles vibrate the glass, however it is small and provides good filtration.
