OzBongs offer fantastic customer service, I had a few questions I wanted to ask before placing my order, and was promptly given a reply not long after I sent my message. They packed my order extremely well, I bought a hand pipe and it was wrapped thoroughly in two layers of thick bubble wrap, in between was a cardboard buffer to add an extra layer of security.
